Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) – Flat rate: $7.99 

  • Priority Mail (1-3 business days) – Flat rate: $14.99

  • Free for orders over $50

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

  • International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at resilientskincarebeauty@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.
