Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or free promotional items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at resilientskincarebeauty@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
